the Knightmare Spring Wrestling Camp is designed specifically for K-6th grade beginners who want to learn the fundamentals of wrestling in a fun, structured, and supportive environment

Our goal is to build confidence, coordination and a love for the spot while teaching proper techniques and safe training habits. this camp is perfect for first-time wrestlers and young athletes looking to establish a strong foundation.

athletes will be coached by a dedicated staff that includes former college wrestlers, multiple time state champions and all Americans, both men's and women's coaches, ensuring high quality instruction, age-appropriate progressions, and positive role models on the mat.

Training sessions will focus on:

• basic stance, motion, and positioning 
• fundamental takedowns and escapes
• introductory mat control and pinning concepts
• body awareness, balance, and athletic movement
• discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship

At Knightmare, we believe in "Family over Factory". Every athlete is coached, encouraged, and valued- no matter their experience level.

This Camp is a great introduction to wrestling and an excellent opportunity for young athletes to develop skills that carry over into all sports and everyday life.

Schedule:

March 24th - May 14th 

2 days/week 

4:00pm-5:00pm

Training days and weekly schedule will be provided to all the participants on the first day of camp
