Spring Wrestling camp

the Knightmare Spring Advanced Wrestling Camp is built for experienced middle school and high school wrestlers who are committed to raising their level of competition and sharpening every aspect of their game.

the camp is fast-paced, demanding, and purpose-driven. Athletes will train in a focused environment that emphasizes technical precision, positional dominance, conditioning, and mental toughness- the same standards required to compete at the next level.

Training is led by a staff that includes former college wrestlers, multiple time state champions and All-American, both Men's and Women's coaches providing athletes with high-level instruction, detailed feedback and proven training methods used at the collegiate level. 

Training sessions will focus on:

• advanced takedown systems and finishes 
• chain wrestling and situational awareness
• top pressure, riding strategies, and turns
• advanced escapes and counter-offense
• Match strategy, pace control, and mindset development

At Knightmare, we believe in "Family over Factory". Every athlete is coached, encouraged, and valued- no matter their experience level.

This camp is ideal for wrestlers preparing for the next season, postseason competition, or collegiate aspirations, and who are ready to train with intensity and purpose.

Schedule:

March 24th - May 14th 

3 days/week 

5:00pm-6:30pm

Training days and weekly schedule will be provided to all the participants on the first day of camp

Grades: 7th-12th
