SMS Running Club
Join our Running Club! This is great Opportunity to condition for anyone who is interested in joining cross-country second quarter We're just wanting to stay fit and get in shape.
Our Running Club offers the perfect blend of fun, fitness, and focused conditioning designed to help you build endurance, speed, and strength. Whether you're training for competition or just starting your fitness journey, we welcome all levels!
Come run with us, improve your performance, and connect with fellow students who share your love for movement and health. Get ready to challenge yourself, set new goals, and enjoy the thrill of running in a supportive and motivating environment.
We start on August 4th and will end on September 24. Runners will meet every Tuesday and Thursday of quarter 1, from 4:00 to 5:00pm. Anyone who does not make an athletic team for the 1st quarter is welcome to join us even after we have our first session.
