Our Running Club offers the perfect blend of fun, fitness, and focused conditioning designed to help you build endurance, speed, and strength. Whether you're training for competition or just starting your fitness journey, we welcome all levels! We will meet every Tuesday and Thursday of quarter 3, from 4:00 to 5:00pm. Anyone who does not make an athletic team for the third quarter is welcome to join us even after we have our first session.
