The Higley High School Athletic Department will be offering a 7th & 8th grade winter/spring strength camp for 8 weeks. We are excited to offer the opportunity for athletes to be a part of a sports performance centered strength program. The summer will include fundamentals of strength training and plyometrics. Our weight room is also fully digitalized with velocity-based training software and tablets to display data/workouts at all 16 racks.
