Dates: May 26 through July 17. July 20-22 NSD camp at home sites. 

            No Camp on Friday June 18 or Friday, July 3. 

Hours: 6:30am to 6:00pm 

          July 17 and July 22 camps will be closing at 4pm. 

Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee will be collected at the time of approval. 

Confirmation: Once your registration is approved you will receive a confirmation email. 

Fee Schedule: Registration fee $25 per child. Non-refundable 

  • Includes T-shirt for fieldtrips 
  • Daily Rate: $50 First child, $40 for each additional sibling. 
Discounts: Sibling discount applies on dates when attending on same days.

Payment Information:

  • A late fee of $25 will be charged if payment is not posted by 6:00am on due date.
  • A late pick-up fee of $2 per minute, per child for any pick up after 6pm or 4pm on dates listed above for early close.
  • Please note that more than 3 late payments or late pick ups during summer session may result in the dismissal of your child from program.

Billing, Payments and Refund Policy:

  • A non-refundable registration fee is required at time of registration acceptance.  
  • During the summer session, there will be four invoice periods consisting of two weeks and one invoice for the three Non School Dates.   
  • Schedule modifications MUST be submitted by noon on the dates listed below.  
  • Once an invoice is issued, no changes can be made to the dates that were invoiced.  
  • Payments received after the due date will incur a $25 late fee.  
  • There are no refunds or credits for unused days, sick days or vacations.
  • Dates cannot be swapped.

Field Trip Information:

  • Prior to any field trip, we will provide parents with written details about the trip, transportation arrangements, date and time. 
  • A permission form will need to be completed by a parent or guardian. 
  • It is important for your child to arrive at camp on time for field trips. 
  • If your child is late or misses the field trip, no refunds or credits will be issued. Departure times for all field trips will be posted on the calendar. 
  • Field trips to designated pool(s) will be offered once a week for our students in grades 1-7.  
  • Water days will be hosted at the camp on designated dates for our Pre-K and K campers. 

Swimming/Water Day Requirements:

 On swimming and water play days, students must bring and or wear the following items: 

  •  A swimsuit (all swimsuits must be modest) 
  •  A towel 
  •  Sandals/water shoes 
  •  Sunscreen/sunblock
